As the chairman of Rosedale Group Holdings Ltd, Mark has worked and owned engineering and manufacturing businesses across the United Kingdom, and continues to still have a majority investment interest in businesses within his group. Mark has in excess of two decades of engineering and manufacturing experience. 

 

His natural position within the businesses has been that as the Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer.

With a passion for engineering and UK manufacturing, Mark has devoted his career to the industry striving to ensure that each deployment, whether it be as an employee, in an outsourced capacity, or within his own businesses, sees the business follow the business plan through to the succession planning stages or exit.

Mark focuses on ensuring that the management team achieve strategic growth within the business

whilst ensuring that cash flow is not a barrier to growth.

 

Mark has worked at Board Level alongside peers from a variety of sectors and cultures, which include businesses within the supply chain to those within the manufacturing & engineering industry

 

Mark adopts the same procedures and processes to each of his roles when working alongside the Senior Management Team (SMT) in an outsourced capacity.  The commitment being shared within the 5c Guarantee written by Mark many years ago when recruiting for his own succession planning.

 

Additionally Mark has been instrumental in both working on his own behalf as well as with several high net worth clients in securing successful acquisitions.  Ultimately which have either been incorporated to their existing environments and or within the agreed exit plan.

 

Mark's focus on cash flow has ensured the success of many businesses.  Emphasis is placed on clear and concise reporting of valuable information.  This has proven to be instrumental in the good decision making process.

In addition to driving FD Outsource Ltd, Mark is the Managing Partner of AT accountancy LTD.  This offers all levels of accountancy and admin support to clients within FD Outsource Ltd and the businesses within Rosedale Group Holdings Ltd

 

Within Mark's personal arena he is married, and during the year resides both in the Midlands and Scotland.
